why we made this

We like to mix things up, in our workouts and in our closet. That's why we designed this soft base layer to be reversible. We made it out of inherently wicking Running luon and gave it flat seams so it sits comfortably against our skin, no matter which way we wear it.

Love! This is so soft and warm. I wear it in the gym for warm ups, and get tons of compliments. The body is loose, which isn't the most flattering, but its still cute and basically the most comfortable thing I own. March 31, 2013
Love this shirt! I wasn't sure I would like this shirt because of the slightly looser fit and the horizontal stripes but it is honestly one of the most comfortable tops I have ever purchased from Lululemon. This shirt feels so great on that I wish there were more colours to purchase! March 27, 2013
Great top I first tried this on in store when it first came out, but held off buying, until I realized it could be a great top for Northeastern winters. I have a few Rulu tops already that are warm for cooler days. This one fit the bill just like the rest. I picked up one of the last size 2's on the website and I'm glad I did. I not only use these tops for running but also use them when I teach pilates. I'm always on the cooler side and find myself layering shirts, but with this top I don't have to. As far as sizing, it does run TTS. I'm 4'11 and a size 2 or 4 in lulu tops. The sleeve length is just right, just long enough to use the thumb holes. I don't mind the bottom hem, but the top does stop below my butt. I like the coverage but definitely try this on first to make sure the length is ok. March 19, 2013
Love it! I was kind of hesitant to buy this top, however as soon as I received it and put it on I could not take it off! So soft, amazingly comfy. I love that it's not super snug on the bottom, I'm not a fan of overly tight clothing, and this shirt is incredibly flattering. It's a thicker fabric, however not to the point where the shirt is bulky-looking. Wore it on a run this morning and was incredibly stoked! Kept me warm and dry. Definitely very breathable. My only complaint is that it only comes in one color! Please make more color options and I will buy it! March 9, 2013
Comfy and fits well This will become my go-to top for spring and fall. Not too heavy and not too light. I love how soft the material is, and the pattern on the fabric is great. The grey looks darker in person than on the website. I don't like the bottom seam on the shirt. I would rather have a straight seam fit a little bit longer, but it didn't keep me from buying the shirt. March 7, 2013
So comfy, but beware the hem! Pros: this top is so soft, flows over the body, makes a great warm-up layer. Reversible is great! Beautiful color. Cons: Bought my most recent one in-store without trying it on (already have one) - 3 weeks later, I go to wear it and discover the hem is slanted! One side comes up higher than the other by over an inch. This would get more stars without this problem. I asked about locating another one in stores, but have been told customer service has no access to inventory. I love this top, but have no patience for calling multiple stores to locate an item I already paid for and is defective. As is sadly becoming a too often occurrence, I guess Lulu is getting a return from me - boo lulu, you could keep my $ if you'd help me find a top without this defect! March 7, 2013
LOVE this reversible! I bought this as a winter base layer, and it's been great for skiing (nordic). The fitted style, warm but wicking fabric and longer sleeves work well for this outdoor season. My favorite part, and this surprises me, is its reversibility. I use it when a teach yoga, and so it comes off and on pretty often as I heat up & cool off. I never have to think to turn it back inside out, before putting it back on! The blue & white color combo is very stylish. One drawback, and it's only in specific, maybe rare circumstances: the fabric is SO wicking that it cools my arms a little too well if I'm lounging in a drafty cabin. This was solved by donning another layer on top, like a sweater. March 6, 2013
Love, love, LOVE! I run outdoors 3X a week and sweat like a pig. This long sleeve is amazing, is so soft, thick enough for the cold (Southwestern Ontario type of cold) yet is so breathable. I can't say enough nice things about this product. March 2, 2013
So so soft! This long sleeve is exactly what I was looking for! It is so soft and comfortable. I am busty and this top fits good. Everyone comes up and wants to touch the fabric. I get so many compliments every time I wear this. I wear it for pilates, hiking, and out and about. It holds up in the wash too.
