why we made this

We created these crops out of cottony-soft and supportive Full-On Luon® fabric to be a no-fuss tight for our yoga practice and beyond. The second-skin fit makes it easy to check our alignment mid-pose and tucks easily into our boots when we're going straight from Hatha to happy hour.

SO DISAPpOINTED I shop at Lululemon often and have to say I am VERY disappointed in the quality of these pants. Not sure what happened because I have purchased these pants twice in the past and have had wear after a year but lasted much longer. I just purchased another pair a little over a month ago and there is already a hole on the crotch and the mesh on the thighs are completely worn. NOT something I would nearly expect when you pay this price for pants and have only had them for about two months. I figured maybe it was a defect in the product and when I tried to call the company directly to see if they could provide me with a replacement, I was told I needed to go directly to the store for this. I'm sorry but I should not have to drive to the store to get a replacement. One should be sent directly to me. I would expect this from a lower quality/lower priced athletic gear company but not Lululemon, especially with what they charge for their product. I was honestly expecting that when I called customer service they would not only apologize for the poor quality but send me a new pair and tell me to keep the old damage pair or throw them out. Instead, now I am forced to drive to the store (which is 45 minutes away) for a replacement. Shame on you Lululemon, this is REALLY poor customer service. Again, I have purchased a lot of merchandise from your store and am seriously reconsidering this in the future. I never write reviews but I am really upset by not only the quality of this product but also the poor customer service I received. It's too bad because I was willing to give them another try if the company was willing to send out a replacement but now I am reconsidering. March 29, 2015
Disappointed I LOVE Lululemon. But I have had the wunder unders now for a little while and already the seams are unravelling. I am so sad about this. I find this to be my best fitting and favorite crops. For the price I spend on my clothes from this store, you'd think I wouldn't have any issues such as this one! So sad! March 28, 2015
Hole after first washing My first embarrassing experience with this WUCII. I really liked this because of color Black Cherry(BHCR), so I just picked without trying in the store. I'm not sure the hole was there at that time. Today I found small hole right upper leg after first washing before wearing this as recommended. It was hands washing(+ inside out) because it was first. I've got over 10 Lululemon pants, but they were all good until now as usual even though they were washed even in machine. So very disappointed ;( March 27, 2015
What the heck happened??? Not impressed. I have been a big time fan of Lululemon for years and have purchased many items. Wunder Under Crops are my go to bottoms. Love them. I have recently slimmed down as I am training for a fitness competition and have gone down a size in my crops. I bought two pairs of black wunder under crops and one pair I wore twice, haven't even truly broke a sweat in it or washed it yet and the stitching in the crotch has started to completely come undone and I now have a hole. I am super angry/disappointed about this. Its like there was no care put into stitching these crops. Cheap cheap cheap quality now. I take care of my athletic wear and I never buy anything too tight for myself. I live three hours away from the nearest city that has a Lululemon store. I don't have the luxury of driving there whenever, hence why I online shop for my Lulu items. I wish to be contacted by customer care. This kind of lack in quality is unacceptable. March 26, 2015
Disappointing for Lulu I bought these pants in Black two months ago to wear to and from yoga and even potentially to wear during some classes. I have to say I am so disappointed in these pants! I have only worn them once or twice a week and I follow the washing instructions religiously. However, even with all that my pants now have a HUGE hole on the inside seem at my upper leg, AND they have pilled like crazy! I am so disappointed in this product because this is not the Lulu quality I am used to, as I own many other pairs of pants and clothing and this has NEVER happened before. I have to say that I WILL NOT be spending more money at Lulu until this problem is taken care of with their quality control and standards. March 25, 2015
Awesome! I would live in these if I could. They're sooo comfortable!! I have 3-4 pairs of these and trust me, if I was rich I would have them in every color/design. These are the only lulu crops that stay in place on me when I'm running or doing yoga. I wear them everytime I work out. I've tried out other lulu crops but these are my go-to. I have noticed after about a year or so of wear, they are starting to pill along the inside leg. I wash with cold water with like colors and lay to dry. I guess it's just the fabric so I will live with it... I look forward to seeing new colors and designs. March 25, 2015
Quality is no good A few things are just "off" with this pair of crops. The black/manifesto script black ghost color are apparently reversible but I did not see that description when ordering. Not a problem unless you prefer to NOT see the reverse side of a Lululemon symbol since it is clearly visible (seen as a small, hard circle on your calf.) Secondly the sizing is way off. The six has been my go-to size for all other purchases (even another pair of Wunder Unders) however these are much looser, to the point where you have a ton of extra fabric bunched up on your legs with no where to go. Lastly, the pair that I received has a hole along the seam of the waistband pocket. Such a disappoint since I am in desperate need of a pair of crops that I can actually wear! March 23, 2015
Best ever I love these pants! I am very tall and hate when cropped pants hit just below my knee, it is not only not flattering but really awkward when they bunch. These pants do neither! They are long enough to hit comfortably below my calf and are snug but not tight. They are so flattering. I love the color and feel so much i wore them to a long vinyasa yoga class then came home and put them on that night to wear as comfy around the house and back yard hanging out. I never got too hot in them which is a common issue for me. I am picking out more pairs to put on my wish list! Definitely go by the size chart i have not yet had an issue as long as i followed it. Ruined after ONE wash I purchased these pants in person, and decided to give Lulu a shot - after all, their quality issues were behind them, right? Wrong. Before ever even wearing these pants, I washed them by themselves, on delicate, on cold. When I took them out, the sides were pilling and ruined. There is no other way I could have washed them in a gentler manner in my washer. I called customer support expecting that I could get a refund. I still have the (unattached) tag, my receipt, and it was purchased within the month. I was told that I MAYBE may get a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. If Lulu knows that I'm unhappy with the quality of my pants, I deserve my money back right away because THAT is what would still keep me a customer. March 22, 2015
Quality control issue I am on to my second pair of Wunder Under Crop IIs *Full-On Luon* in as many weeks, and these are going back tomorrow. Thank goodness that the sales associates have been proactive because Lululemon has a quality control issue going on here and I don't want to pay for it. With the first pair, the seam in the crotch developed a loose thread after the first wash. No big deal, I thought, except it became clear that the slow unravel was going to lend itself to a hole. After 6 days? No way. The second pair has been through two step classes, has not been laundered, and there's a long thread unraveling between my thighs. This pair is also see through in the rear. I should have checked for that before leaving the store (except that it should be a given that pants are opaque). Come now, Lululemon, I practically live in your clothes. These slip ups, bad batches - whatever you wish to call them - are unacceptable. Please try harder. March 22, 2015
