Rated 4 out of 5 by JCREW comfy but pilling
These leggings are great but this fabric does tend to pill on the inside of my thighs. So far, I've had these since August and the pilling isn't terrible, I just don't tend to wear them for working out so it doesn't get worse. These leggings are super comfy and a great fabric, but I would recommend getting the luxtreme fabric if your thighs rub together. Overall, I do love these leggings, but in the future I will try to stick to the luxtreme type fabrics to avoid the pilling.

Rated 1 out of 5 by runningfast12 great, but hate the pillage
i loved these pants, for the first month at least. after maybe 3 wears they started pilling like crazy, to the point where i was almost embarrassed to wear them in public. i followed all the directions on how to wash them and only washed them with other lululemon full on luon material, but they still pilled. this is super annoying because its such a great crop but i dont want the pilling

Bought these and LOVED them the first few wears, however I noticed piling within the first month! Sadly it has gotten worse and I am so bummed because these were my first lulu bottoms and now are my last as I am so reluctant to buy crops/ bottoms from you guys now!

These were my first pair of lululemon crops that weren't luxtreme (I'm a runner). Wow, I didn't know what I was missing. These are the most comfortable bottoms I've ever owned. I bought them for yoga, but I wear them everywhere. Since they lack a drawstring, I don't like them for running, but they're great for literally everything else. All of my other bottoms have become totally inferior. I want to buy a dozen more in the same material to wear in my life all the time. I don't have a problem with sheerness, but mine are black, so I don't know about lighter colors. So far, I have not noticed a problem with pilling. I'm 5'8", 130 lbs with an athletic build and the size 4 fits great. I think the size 6 would also be fine for everyday wear, but they would likely be too large for athletic activities. I'm typically a 4 or 6 in lululemon bottoms and a 25 or 26 in jeans.

I am in love with Lulu products but was so upset with these pants that I was so excited to get. I love the fabric because it is breathable and isn't see-through, but was upset with the way they fit. They fit perfectly on the legs and hips/rear and the waist, but they didn't stay up. They constantly fell down and I had to keep pulling them up. I still own my pair because I wore them a few times hoping they would get better with washes but they stayed the same. I don't even think i could have gone down a size because they seemed to fit the right tightness, just don't stay up. Overall, I love the pants, but they hardly ever come out of my dresser because they won't stay up! :(

i bought a pair similar to this style. i constantly have to pull them up either from walking on a hike or practicing yoga. i have a pair that i bought from tj maxx that i wear more, which i spent only $20 vs. $80 for quality.

Perfect fit, not sheer and stays on my hips instead of having to hike them up! I read many have had pilling issues but I have not. Sung but not to tight and I feel energized when I wear them! Ok I love them. I don't feel naked in them, my underwear doesn't show and they've held up well for me.

by Zoeyb14 Want to love them
These were my first Lululemon purchase and so I really really want to love them and continue ordering from the site, however... As great as the fit is, I'm experiencing a lot of pilling on my way to and from class. Not because I've put them in the dryer (always wash by hand and air dry) and not because my thighs are rubbing together, but simply because my mat bag is rubbing against it on my hip as I walk home! Seriously, it's only on ONE SPOT. It's so frustrating. There is also a loose thread on the seam of that same hip that I am scared to trim as I'm worried the whole seam will come undone. Also, it's not like I've been wearing these every day, I've had them for about 2 weeks and worn them 3 times. I'd like to purchase another pair or two of Lulus because they are SO SO very comfortable and fit me perfectly, but don't want to pay more for another product that might be of better quality and find out the same thing will happen.
Attached is a photo of my wunder under tights with pilling on the hip and the loose thread in the seam after just 3 wears.
Luckily for me, they are not sheer at all, they sit and stay on my hips perfectly throughout each yoga class, and they even do well for me during my spin classes. That being said, I am hesitant to try out another style because of the return policy.

These leggings started off great!.. until the pilling thing happened... I have read reviews before my purchase and learned helpful tips from others like: washing lulu items with only lulu items and to never put them in the dryer. So spending +$70 on leggings I will obviously take care of them. So after the pilling happened and got worse I decided to take them to my local lulu store to ask questions of why this is happening and these leggings are almost uncomfortable to wear now (I can't turn them inside out to hide the pilling bc it scratches). Anyways back to my visit to my lulu store- The employee tells me "well it's bc you put them in the dryer" my response "I have never put them in the dryer". "Oh it's bc you washed them with cotton" and I said, "I have never washed them with cotton bc I only wash them with other lulu items and none of them are cotton." So then she just says, "Well I've seen worse pilling". Like thank you for embarrassing me, being no help and rude.
So save your money and get your leggings at tj maxx bc my random brand that was $17.99 has held up better than these and my other pairs of lulu that I am also disappointed in. But I'll save that review for another day.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jrid Comfortable but don't hold up
I absolutely love Lululemon apparel, especially the crops. Having a bigger bottom and thighs than waste, its very difficult finding crops that don't continuously fall down when I'm trying to work out. Plus these particular leggings are SO comfortable.
However, I bought these crops this past January, and was super disappointed because I already have a snag in them right in the middle of the front of my thigh. This was pretty frustrating because I am paying good money for something because I expect the quality of it to be exceptional and last me a long time. So I took them into my local store hoping the women could help me out. One of them rudely told me that these crops are only made for doing yoga and it was essentially my fault that it snagged. They took them from me to stitch up the small hole. I got them back the next week and was very disappointed. Now instead of a small snag in the middle of my thigh where it's supposed to be smooth, I have a giant thread bulge where they stitched it up. I'm honestly surprised that Lululemon would want their logo on something that looks so tacky now.
