I received a pair of these crops (solid black, size 8) as a Christmas gift in December 2013. I wore them for many treadmill runs over the past several months, and they have held up great. I have had no problems with them showing wear, nor has sheerness been an issue. They were a little on the large side, but they still worked well for most workouts. I decided to purchase my next pair in a size 6 (black with pink waistband), as my first pair was quite loose. Because I live hundreds of miles from the nearest store, I ordered online. Upon receiving my order, I found that the size 6 fits much better, but the fabric is more sheer. This is NOT a case of the pants being too tight, because they fit perfectly with a little room to spare. If I hold up the crops, I can see that the fabric is lighter and significantly more sheer than my first pair. Because I primarily use them for running and not yoga or other activities that require bending, I'm not too distressed about it.
Here's the bottom line: If you are able, definitely try on in store! I have two pairs purchased about three months apart, and there is a noticeable difference in the fabric.

These pants are truly amazing! The pocket on the back is perfect for keys on the run, and practically anything small. They work in fall, spring, winter, and sometimes cooler summers. I love them and wear them all the time!

Doesn't move, good coverage
This pair of crops is great, they stay up and keep you in place. True to size, I'm an 8 in pretty much everything so I went with an 8, they are snug, but they're not meant to be loose anyway. I ran 5k without having to adjust them more than once, after I got a bit sweaty they stayed in place the rest of the way. I hope they are worth the price after time as I ordered another pair. I have lots of lulu pants but never felt that impressed that I had to write a review until I tried these.

Finally, Lululemon tights high enough in the rise to get through a class without having to yank them up! They sit nicely above my shredded muffin top (there's no tightening stretch marks, no how, no way) and don't create bulges and lines. It's great to be able to focus on class and not on pulling up my pants every few minutes. The weird thing about them is that they are not warm at all- I'm freezing running from the parking lot to the studio (like wearing only nylons), but that' s ok when I wear them to hot yoga and I guess they'll last me longer into spring/summer than other tights.
Hands shining up now, yahooooooo! Better get some more before they change them!

These are really some of my favorite workout pants... Love them. They are extremely flattering and comfortable. The quality is great(I do not put any of my lulu in the dryer...)

The perfect run crop!
I am a runner who runs most every day, and I have used these many times over the past months and I love them! They are perfect for running through trails or some casual indoor rock climbing. Definitely a worthy purchase

These pants are absolutely perfect for any kind of workout. I have them in two different colors, black and green. They aren't see through except for a shear panel on the back of the knee. These are the only crops I wear at the gym. Easy to move around in and doesn't hold all the sweat in. Great pants! I'm a size 27 in pants and the 6 fit like a glove.

Ok don't get me wrong I love these pants, but my "but" comes from the size. I always have the girls that work in the store check what they think about my pants before I buy them, because I tend to vary between the 2 and 4. With that being said the day I got these I asked the two girls working in the dressing room to look at both sizes on me and let me know what they thought. They both recommended the 4's and considering they work for the company and I'm assuming know their products best I bought the 4. This was a big mistake :( They stretch out a little when you are wearing them and I always feel like they are just not quite fitting right and a little too lose. So all in all a great pant I was just disappointed that the staff pushed me toward something and now there is no going back after trying them. This is one time I would say if you aren't sure what size to go with the smaller!

I had purchased a pair of inpsire crops a few years ago and they lasted me just over a year, which I thought was respectable, since i wore them often. After the wore out, I decided to purchase another pair ince i loved the way they fit. I noticed a difference in the quality of the fabric instantly! And within 3 months I had gotten my first rip in my inside thigh seam. I have since had to sew three rips in the seams. There was also runs in the mess along the calf that began to appear early on as well. I am VERY disappointed in the lack of quality material and workman ship that these pants posess. I loved these pants, and thought they were worth the price, but not if i have to repaire them or buy a new pair every couple of month!!!

not impressed- too sheer
I recently popped into my local Lulu to see what all the fuss is about. Every other woman in my health club dons a tank and/or pants with the infamous "A," and they all look fabulous! I thought I'd see what I could find to spruce up my spring training wardrobe. I'm a runner who practices yoga, so I asked about pieces that could do double duty for both activities, because I'll often go to yoga class following a run to cool down, strengthen & stretch. The sales gal recommended these capris for their performance and versatility. The first pair I tried on felt like a second skin and very comfortable. However, when I stepped out of the fitting room to take a look and get the fitting clerk's opinion, I didn't have to bend over to notice the sheerness. She recommended trying on a larger size, as "these are Canadian sizes" and "sometimes that makes a difference." The next larger size helped a little, but it was still sheer when bending over, and they just fit too big-not as snug as the first pair. I felt like I'd have to keep pulling them up, even with the drawcord. I don't think I should have to size up to avoid sheerness, when my typical size fits fine, especially if I'm going to throw down $90 for them. Needless to say, I passed, but I did fall in love with the Swiftly tech tanks and left with a couple of those and some headbands. I'll try some other options next time, as I'm impressed by the complimentary hemming service, which is a big plus when you're a shortie.
