Run For Fun Crop
I'm so bummed, these crops are super cute, but so sheer, by far the worst in terms of sheerness that I've seen from lulu so far. The material is sooo thin and just handling the crops I can see my fingers through them. Needless to say, I did not leave the store with them. How in the world did they make it past quality control and onto the store floor??

Another flattering pair of pants from lululemon. Love this pair of running crops and have worn them jogging as well as to spin classes and the gym. Nobody makes pants as flattering as lulu! I'm 5'5", 140 lbs and my usual size 8 fits perfectly. Keep them coming...

Pretty great crops!
So I pretty much fell in love with the plum when I saw these at the store a couple of months ago. I'm 5'6" and average around 125 pounds, and I'm normally a 4 in shorts and a 6 in crops. With these, the 6 fit me perfectly, as expected.
I noticed the fabric is a little bit thinner than I'm used to with Lulu crops, but it's not so sheer that one can notice anything when I'm bending over or running. I could see the white label of my underwear through them when I was bending over, once, but it seemed to be a fluke, because nothing else has ever shown through, and I've asked a bunch of people to check a bunch of times!
These crops have held up very well through the miles I've put on them, and they're amazingly comfortable and look absolutely beautiful.
Overall, these are a winner, and easily the most beautiful pair of running tights I own.

I love these pants the quality is great! The fit is perfect! I have 4 pairs of these they are perfect for Spin classes or intense cardio and weights! Im a sweaty girl during my workouts and these pants are perfect they stay in place and are NOT SEE through when you bend over or doing squats! They are also very comfy to hang out in! NO SWEATY stains on your pants after a intense workout or sitting in the sauna! They are very flattering too!
Fit: Im 5'3 113lbs with muscular legs and the size 4 fits perfect!

I was SUPER excited for these pants. I even ordered online so I would ENSURE I got a pair. I am a fitness instructor and have a discount at the store but wanted these so bad I ordered sans discount. I have taught 2 spin classes in these pants and they are already piling where the saddle of the bike rubs the pant on my inner thigh.
Grrrrr...so frustrating - I really love them so may not return them but it is very disappointing that after 2 wears and very careful washing they are piling.

cute style...poor fabric
Ok. These are my 7th pair of Lulu run tights spanning 5 years. I feel I am able to select the proper size and fit for my body shape and size.
That said, I found the fabric of these crops to be thin and flimsy with 0 compression factor. A huge dissapointment when comparing this style to all of my other LuLu crops, which have worn like iron. For the nearly $100 price I really do expect more from this line of clothing. I am not able to return them to my local store because the hang tag of these crops arrived ripped from the back and placed in the side pocket, nice. My store does not accept returns without this tag intact, even tho the other info tag was still attached. Too bad..moving on to other brands LuLu...big bummer.

Loved the fit, not sure of quality
I love the fit of these crops. Love the drawstring waist, the mesh behind knees, and length of crops. I am 'warm' runner so these are perfect for me. That being said, I wore them about 4 times, and a seam started to come undone in the 'bum' seam. Just a thread that keeps unraveling. The seam is not yet undone, but I'm afraid to have them split open in the backside while I'm running a race or something. Had this not happened I would have given them 5 stars.

Side pockets for the save
I received a gift card for my birthday, so off I went to my local store to try out these bad boys. Side pockets are my friend, especially on longer runs where I'd rather my iPhone be easily and quickly accessed without a zipper hindrance. Thus, the Run for Fun crop was suggested by the sales staff.
With trepidation I approached my usual size 4 slot. Depending on the season I can fluctuate from a 2-4 and have been doing so happily since 2004. Knowing the recent trouble Lulu was having with see through material, I grabbed a 4 and a 6 and headed into the change room. As the first pair slipped on I stepped out to kindly ask the associated to do the bum check for me, all the while waiting for the blame to be placed on me for choosing too small a pair for my legs instead of the well documented decline of lulu products.
A 20 minute debate followed with multiple trips to and from the dressing room, between the 4 and the 6. The only difference? The 6 had a longer and more awkward crotch, yet absolutely no muffin top. The 4, when lifting my knee to my hip, had the smallest hint of sheen but no excessive strain on the fabric.
Majority rule fell on to the 4. And I'm glad I stayed true to my size.
The actual runs in these crops were lovely. Side pockets are my friends, the mesh in the knees was a nice touch, and I was cozy but not overheated.
After one run though, I noticed a pull on the inseam. And since I had already tried them for myself, they were mine for good.
Another American based athletic wear company not only stands by their product, they encourage you to wear it to test it out. And yes, you can return it afterwards. No questions asked, except for "Where did we go wrong, and how can we improve?"
You might want to consider a similar approach, maybe starting with "What can we do to improve?"
FYI: I have a pair of Lulu crops from 2004. They are in impeccable shape. I have a pair of Dance crops from 2005 that have been used and abused. And not a scratch or pill on them. Oh for the old days of high quality, indestructible lululemon.

Beautiful style, but a bit sheer
I love the style of these crops, they look amazing and fit perfectly! Zero muffin top, perfect length (they end just below the knee and they stay there), stunning cut.
Love the side pockets and the fact that there is no back pocket (great when doing sit ups or wearing them for yoga).
Out of the many many LL pants and crops I own, these are sadly the ones that are most sheer. I'm aware that they are meant for running, not for yoga, however I do like to wear my crops for both activities. Having said this, I still don't regret buying them as they are great for running!
