great support I wear both a 32D and a 34C in these. They give great support for most of what I do. Either sprinting, yoga, or wearing underneath a cute top (lulu of course). Lots of bras hurt my neck because of where they land on my upper trapezius muscle. These don't because they have either the racerback option, which I don't use, or the traditional bra set up. A comfortable sports bra As a 34DD, I tend to like sports bras with underwire support or more molded cups a la Victoria secret sport, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that this bra held me up. For low to medium intensity workouts it keeps me in place for the most part. When running, I still prefer a bra with a little more support as I found with the tatatamer I start to spill out the top with higher intensity movement. It's comfortable to wear everyday under tshirts. I'd definitely buy again. July 1, 2015
FINALLY A GREAT SPORTS BRA I was looking for a bra that would work with the tees I work out in and racer backs weren't working. Since finding this, I wear it all the time. It is exactly what I wanted, holds the girls in place, very supportive, great quality, and can't even tell I'm wearing it, which is what I was going for. Everyone at the store was super helpful, ended up ordering it online, and got to my house in three days. Definitely recommend. June 20, 2015
review from a BIG BOSOM gal 34E in regular bras I'm a small 34E, and bought the 34DD ta ta tamer II. As a large busted lady, i actually need a lock down bra. The ta ta tamer, IN LULU'S OWN WORDS, is supposed to keep your bosom on lockdown. NOT THE CASE, but it does have some redeeming qualities. It's a comfortable bra, but doesn't offer enough support, even with the crisscross strap option, for a large bosom doing high intensity workouts, such as running. It's medium support designed for running...(??!) not the best combination IMO. I prefer an underwire sports bra for REAL LOCK DOWN support and boob division honestly looks better then the ta tamer una-boob. However, the soft fabric, wide stripes, and vent between where your boobs meet are great features and good for yoga and other LOW INTENSITY workouts, where less lockdown can be more comfortable. Sadly, I won't be keeping this bra as the negatives outweigh the positives. Lulu I think you need to get more in touch with big busted athletic gals. We curvy types workout and wanna look good too! I LOVE your gear, but feel a bit excluded. June 12, 2015
Try it on in stores! This bra IS, in fact, quality and my problems with it are personal to my body type, hence the generous 4/5 stars ... that said, hopefully someone can benefit from my experience with it: I'm 5'2" , 105ish lbs. I have been measured by a national bra specialist to be a 30 dd/ddd , since that doesn't actually exist in the real world I typically wear 32 D's on the tightest set. I have never bought a lulu bra, I picked this one because it was the only one in my local store, at the time, that came in pale pink which I was specifically looking for. After trying many different sizes on I had to get a 34C! That was surprising. Also, if your tatas are particularly perky as well (thanks to supportive pecs from lifting heavy regularly ) ... this bra, although comfortable, basically just 'blankets' the girls - no compression, no support (wasn't fully aware of this until I worked out in it for the first time) . For me this is okay/tolerable, although next time I will probably get a different lulu sports bra. Just take the time to try it on for yourself if you can, worth the time, maybe jump or lunge around in it some too. June 9, 2015
No Bounce! New favorite bra! I'm a 34DD. Took the padding out b/c I don't need it. Run, Step, Pump and even run errands in this bra. Wicks away sweat too! LOVE! Great support and super comfy! June 6, 2015
best bra for an "un-tamable" chest I normally wear a 34DD and have always had a difficult time finding supportive sports bras for both running and yoga. Before this bra, I thought the only support that would work for me HAD to have an underwire, however, this bra works fine without one and it is immensely more comfortable for it - I've actually slept in it while camping and had no problem. The straps are wide enough and don't cut into your shoulders. I've not found back-fat to be a problem (it doesn't "cure" it, but it doesn't make it worse either). I can run for 45+ minutes and my back isn't sore from my chest bouncing too much. I also appreciate the style of it and it comes in colors that allow you to show it off without feeling like you're wearing your mother's underwear. Also, I especially like that the back of the bra doesn't ride up. You MUST make sure the fit is right before you can appreciate it, I recommend finding a local store and getting an associate to help you before you commit. If you do, I'm sure you will love it! My one regret is that I'm now 6 months post-partum and I don't believe Lulu makes the size I need. I've gone up to a 36DD but I probably need a 36DDD or 38DD but I don't think Lulu makes that size. I can really tell a difference wearing a bra that is too small and hope that I will be able to fit into this one eventually. June 1, 2015
Best sports bra I've ever owned I bought my first tata tamer (36C) in the winter to wear working out and for skiiing. I could not believe how comfortable it is! Not once did I feel I needed to adjust it or move the straps when it was on. It gives me excellent support. I also love how flattering it is even under "regular" clothes. I liked this bra so much I went back and bought two more! They are very comfortable and I've started wearing it almost every day. I would like it if they made one in a nude or light pink...the light pink/peach that is available right now is too pink. It shows up under a white shirt. June 1, 2015
Best support without wires PLEASE DON'T STOP MAKING THIS!!! I'm narrow around my ribs but have a full bust. Until now, I've found it impossible to buy a sports bra that gives great support but doesn't have wires. I love this bra!! The Girls hardly move and I don't feel like I'm wearing my grandma's bra. It looks good so I don't mind if it shows a little. I own 4 so far. The only complaint that I have is that there must be another 32E lady out there who snapped up all the great colours! :) I'm going to have to be quicker! May 29, 2015
Unhappy in Tata Tamer I was really excited to find out that the Tata Tamer II actually fit me. I was wearing 36B bras, but couldn't find the right sports bra with the proper support and padding. I finally tried one of these bras on in store and was excited that it fit. So I bought one. I wore it for one day and have been really uncomfortable in it. The shoulder pads and hems are driving me crazy and rubbing/chafing. Also, the way its cut around the chest creates back fat right near armpit. Now I've worn it and can't return it :( What a waste of money! May 19, 2015
