Lift & Separate IV
Best bra ever made. Wow, my girls looks like I had surgery. Lifted and high up. I wear in normal bras a 34 dd. In sports bras 36 d. This bra I went by their sizing and bought a 38 d. Perfect fit. Band runs very small so look at their sizing chart for bras. Easy on and off. I will be def. buying more. Feels more support than a light sports bra. I would rate it a medium support. Nice even for everyday comfort. Side note, hand wash your sports bras in cool water and mild soap. Hang to dry.

I order the Lift and separate bra only a month ago to wear it once before the clasp in the front to hold the bra together broke, I found it to be a great fit and was very happy with my new purchase until I could no longer wear it as it would not stay together.

Wow, wow, WOW.
So, I bought only 1 of these because my "mamas" are big for my size, and I wasn't sure if this type of sports bra would really work for me. The reviews for this bra made me feel comfortable enough to at least try, and I am so glad I did.
I will say that I wished I went up a cup size to a 34DD, because the 34D (my normal size) wasn't enough coverage especially when I started getting into cardio/plyometrics (which technically this bra is not made for that anyway - lol). However, the 34D will work fine if it is under a top and I am doing more weight lifting and less jumping/plyometrics. I have already placed an order for two more of these in a 34DD - that's how incredible these bras are.
They fit well and frankly, make my chest look less monstrous and less sloppy than they normally look when they are jammed into a sports bra! When I closed the front clasp and looked at myself in the mirror, I believe I said "holy cr@p!".
Ego boost? CHECK!
Did I say EGO BOOST? I didn't feel top heavy in this bra! I have never felt this excited about buying the same thing in different colors. Weeee!

make more please
I purchased this exact bra more than 5 years ago. They are well worn at this point and I have been asking the stores when you will cut more - no one could answer. Alas, I now see it online and my size is all gone in every color !. Please cut more ! please cut more ! this style is awesome !!!

please make more!!!
I am OBSESSED with this bra! I got so lucky and bought a black one in a 34C...I search and search every day for the white one now in a 34C! PLEASE MAKE MORE...my life is not complete without more of these bras!!!!! BTW, although it says that it's light support, I find that it is very supportive! I used it for cycling as well as cross-training which included running and it is AWESOME!!!

Lift & Separate Bra
I purchased one of these bras before I went to Europe for 3 weeks and wore it constantly. I loved the fit and how cool it was. I would love to buy another one or two but every time I go to your website, there are never any in my size. I am not a large breasted woman - closer to a 36B. Are there any plans to make this bra for my size again?

I really do love this bra. I'm a devoted fan of the Ta Ta Tamer, but I don't always need something THAT supportive. Plus, it's nice to have a "cool" bra in my rotation- at 34D, I am perpetually jealous of the smaller-chested among you who can wear Flow Ys and the like without a second thought! Please continue to make this, and in more colours!

I bought this first in a 36DD which is my normal bra size... It was waaaaay inappropriate! I also purchased the 36E and thought 'ok, this one works!'. Unfortunately I had a looser fit, black tank on with it and didn't realize until I tried a more fitted tank in a lighter color that there was still spillage from the cups Unfortunately I have already taken the tags off and worn it. This seems like it would have been an amazing bra to work out in and not have to struggle out of after getting all sweaty. I may try the 38DD to see if a looser band helps but my hopes are dashed : (

Great, till the tags came off
I purchased this bra, I wear a DD36 and so like the suggestions in many reviews I ordered an E36. it looked awesome once I took the padding out it seemed to fit good.
I kept tags on and tried it on many times and I even wore it around the house for about 20 mins before I removed the tags. it seemed to fit well and my breasts were mostly in position, until I removed the tag. I cannot seem to get the bra to hold and SEPARATE! it is worse than uniboob I went on my stationary bicycle yesterday and I was constantly shoving my breast as close to my armpits as possible.
I have small children and so I'm constantly up and down and lifting etc. its not the bra for me. I am very frustrated with this bra because it looks so good when things are put into place, I wanted it to work for me but it doesn't. I don't mind the front closure.
Also on closer examination I'm finding that parts of the bra are sewn unevenly, specifically the sides where the padding is removed. not sure if that is a part of my problem or not.

Love this bra!
I love this bra! I am always on the hunt for any lululemon front clasp bras. After having kids, I can no longer rock the tank tops with the built in shelf bras on their own. My favorite top is the Racer back top, and I pair it with a variety of sports bras. However, I love the front clasps the best. Before I purchased the Lift and Separate, I wore the Breath of Fire bra, which is just as comfy, but has a seam on the front. The Lift and Separate does what it says (lifts and separates the ladies), but the mesh back also makes it really comfortable, and the lines in front are really smooth. I am usually a 34D, but I had to go with a 34C in this bra.
