Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 50 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Straps and zippers UGH The straps are constantly falling off whether the bag is full or light in weight-while initially I didn't find that too be a big deal-it is in jacket season and flys off my shoulder into a stranger on transit. The style is beautiful and love the texture- However for the price, it's a terrible purchase and LULU items are otherwise amazing. So incredibly disappointed with this purchase as I thought it would be my only and only go to for work, second job, practice, lunch and so on. Just like other reviewers this bag is a miss! too bad November 28, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Looks great, broke fast. I bought a super similar version of this bag 'Urban Sanctuary' or something like that as a gift in the spring and loved it. That is until one of the straps came unstitched after only a couple of months of using it. It wasn't used daily, nor was I rough with it by any means so the strap tearing was pretty heart breaking. I loved it while it lasted but for the price it's not worth it at all. November 26, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Straps keep falling down and zippers are jamming I finally got around to switching everything to this bag and now I'm disappointed. I carry a 13" macbook pro, food, and maybe a text book with me on a daily basis. I love how there are multiple compartments and the how the size is able to hold everything; however, put any weight in this and the straps are constantly falling off. If you don't carry much it tends to be fine, but then what's the point of the size? Also, after a week of use the middle zipper is starting to jam and the bag is losing shape. Overall, this isn't the greatest bag I've every bought from lulu but I gave it two stars because it is very pretty. November 12, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by it's a 10, 5, 2 So it's a great bag when you see it on the wall among all the other bags. Truly does look like the everyday bag that you can use for those days when you go from work to a workout or vice versa. It is very unfortunate that the quality of Lululemon bags have gone down in the last couple of years. This particular bag is much like a bag that I have from 10 years ago however it seems as though it would barely last a couple of months. Granted my old bag looks like it has been used for years but the quality is still there. Some of the design issues are that the handles are too short to have both handles on at one time. Unless you like having nothing in your bag and having both straps on like a normal human than this is your go to bag! However if you remotely would like to pack your bag for a full day, get used to carrying it with one strap on your shoulder. The second major problem is that this is not a cross body bag. No cross body strap for this size of a bag that can carry 50lbs? Do we get a free shoulder massage with the purchase as well? I also purchased AND returned the Follow your Bliss bag...in addition to the Two Times A Yogi Bag. Both bags have no cross body strap which would be quite useful seeing as though the straps on both bags are too short. In the end, Lululemon's quality has gone down in recent years which is quite disappointing since being a regular customer over the years. Thus my name of this review "10,5,2". This is because from a far the bag is a 10. After feeling the bag and picking it up, it is a 5. After purchasing the bag and testing out what I would normally pack in the bag it quickly became a dismal 2. The Follow your Bliss Bag was a much more tolerable bag to deal with which made no sense to me as to why the Two Times Yogi Bag was $30 more - thus my thinking on the massage certificate. I typically do not write product reviews but I felt as though the staff that I interacted with upon purchases and returns were not the greatest at providing service. Upon my separate returns of both bags the staff ask "why are you returning this?" which started out as a great gesture. However when the staff just respond with "yeah yeah" before finishing my answer which makes you feel SO heard. Clearly staff do not have to report on customers' suggestions, so hear I am making myself heard. Apologizes to those that read this review and have not found it helpful but the bags are not great and the quality is quite lacking in the amount of money that you will be handing over to Lululemon November 11, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Horrible quality.... Purchased this bag to use with my busy schedule to take from school to the gym. I really really wanted to like the bag because function wise it works amazingly. The bag fits my workout gear and most of my school books including my laptop. I just cant overlook the poor quality of the bag. I've had the bag for less then 2 weeks and the stitching on the handles is already coming apart...(with there being little weight in the bag) Also, the zippers barely work, they get jammed and they have no strength to them. For the high price of the bag I believe it should be of way more quality than what it is. Seeing as this is my first lulu bag purchase I am extremely disappointed with the quality. October 27, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Zipper are so bad Hi I am fitness instructor and yoga teacher and I use all lululemon products as my everyday uniform and I am loyal coustomer of lululemon for last 7 years. Second bag I bought and both of them after not such long time ,their zippers broken or stop working now I need new bag and I see that wasn't only my problem , my bags still looked perfectly fine after 6 months using it but zipper are not working anymore Now I really scare to buy anew one. I went to our local Lululemon store in Market mall Calgary , they told me they can't do anything and I can just leave my feedback which is disappointing too So I don't know should I stop buying beautiful , comfy lulu bags forever for their poor zipper quality and poor customer service and switch to other brand ? Also change the zipper coast between $50-$80. We already buy them around $120-$150 Which make no sense And still make them with same poor quality I wish as always I could leave positive feedbacks but sadly coustomer service it's not great anymore . Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed I really really want to love this bag, after all I did spend a big amount of money on it, I've had similar issues as everyone else reviewing this bag... The straps keep falling off my shoulder and makes it even heavier than it already is. After having it for a very short amount of time, the zipper has broken. I love Lululemon but I am very disappointed in this bag and I wish I would of picked up another style of bag perhaps or would of read more reviews on it... Looks like it will be collecting dust.... Rated 2 out of 5 by disappointed I fell in love with this bag the moment i saw it...I HAD TO GET IT. I bought it mainly for school purposes since it looks so stylish and has a laptop pocket and enough room to fit my books . unfortunately, its been ONLY TWO WEEKS and the bag started peeling on the front. I would expect that a bag that costs almost $150 would last me for a while, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The straps are also uncomfortable and it makes it really hard to carry around without looking like your are struggling. Anyways i would not recommend this bag to anyone. I honestly feel like i wasted my money. September 17, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Love the color but... I loved this bag with all its compartments, however it was short lived. After about two months, the zipper fell off the tracks and stopped working. After a closer inspection, you can see one of the teeth (not sure that's the correct word but you'll get a better idea with the photos) of the zipper is actually missing. This bag is suppose to endure quite a bit but I used it with a light Macbook Air and a notebook. Its been tucked away in the corner of the office. Such a bummer =( September 16, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome diaper bag I bought this bag because I wanted one that is nice and stylish and can be used as a diaper bag. My baby is with me most of the time and this bag is the perfect size to fit all of his and my stuff. There are a bunch of different, well thought through compartments. Also great that it doesn't collapse on itself when relatively empty so easy to pack. Most importantly, it makes me feel like a stylish mama - I have the bordeaux drama color and it is gorgeous. I haven't found the straps an issue at all. Yes, maybe one does slip off sometimes when the bag is very empty (and thus light) but this hasn't happened much since mine is usually pretty packed. And as others have said, you can always cross one strap over the other - problem solved. I can't say too much about the quality because I haven't had it for that long but it has already been through quite a lot and no issues so far... September 14, 2015
