Om For All Bag
After a few months, I'm over this bag
I loved this bag in the store. I wish I still did. The straps/handles are not very comfortable when carrying this bag on your shoulder, and I have to carry it about 6 blocks every day. They also tend to slip off and you have to almost twist one underneath the other to get them to lay flat. Wish it had a cross-body strap. I also think the bag is slightly too small for gym use, when you are trying to fit flip flops, towel, shower gear, clothes etc., it is a stretch to get it closed and a little awkward with the bowler shape. I wish I would have gone with a different style. Mainly because of the uncomfortable handles!

Poor quality bag!
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of bags from lululemon. I bought one several years ago and it has lasted me 5+ years and I decided to purchase a new bag to replace this beloved bag of mine. And they bags I have bought are awful. They look great and are large enough to hold all my belongings for the gym, however after 10 or so uses, the material has torn and stretched! It says it can hold up to 50 lbs, my gym stuff MAYBE weighs 10 lbs. EXTREMELY disappointed, this is not worth 130 dollars!

dont buy this bag - save your money and heartache
For a bag that costs over $100, I would have expected some better quality. Especially from a respectable brand such as lululemon. The zipper and fabric around it has torn in 3 places with only two uses, making it useless. I'm so disappointed. I was so excited when I bought this bag to carry all my everyday needs; my sneakers, laptop, a change of gym clothes, and a water bottle. The strap is a bit uncomfortable, but I accepted that flaw for its style and function. Except now it serves no function except collecting dust and I cannot bring myself to return to the store. This is my second purchase which has failed me and I do not want a third.

So far so good
After a hiccup with ordering the bag I am happy I ordered it. I ordered the gold/dune pattern and initially it came to me with a stain. After having quite the headache to get a new one I am happy I did not abandon the order. I am using it as a diaper bag for now and I can get a whole lot of stuff into it comfortably. I read that the straps can be a pain but so far I have not had this issue as long as I cross the straps over on my shoulder. I really like all of the pockets and space this bag has. It is quite pricy and normally I would not spend this much on a bag but I figured it was time to spend something on myself for a change. I cannot yet comment on its durability because I've had it for a week but looking it you can tell you need to be fairly gentle with it. It is not a nylon bag so I think common sense will allow me to use it for quite awhile. Overall, I love how stylish and functional it is.

Palm White Bag
My bag just came in today - and it is so lovely! This is the first bag I've purchased from lululemon, though I've made all sorts of clothing purchases. I have to say, all of the poor reviews on here almost convinced me NOT to buy the bag. I'm glad I ignored them and decided to purchase the bag anyway.
For example, I read from a couple reviews that the bag is falsely advertised to fit a 15" laptop. Well, as soon as my bag arrived today, the very first thing I did was try to see if my 15" macbook pro would fit into the compartment - and guess what? It did! No problem at all. Obviously you wouldn't be able to fit it in there with an additional sleeve or something on it, but completely bare, it fits perfectly.
Secondly, people were complaining about the straps always falling off - so I tested that out. This one is true, unfortunately. The straps are a bit annoying, but doing as others have suggested (to put the outside strap on your shoulder first, underneath the outside one) is a quick fix to this problem. Third, MANY reviewers are complaining about how easy it is to chip/scuff the pleather-y material on the bag. I can't attest to this yet, since I haven't had my bag long enough to truly tell... However, I think with any product that you've invested significant money, it is solely YOUR OWN responsibility to take care of it. I think as long as I keep a watchful eye on the bag and take care when setting it down, etc., there won't be any problems with scuffing.
As for the bag itself... as others have said, it is spacious and very well organized. I really don't have any complaints. :) thank you Lulu!!

diamond palm white dune
I just received this bag today in the Diamond Palm White Dune colour - it is gorgeous! Just want to point out that the cotton canvas part of the bag, the Diamond Palm Printed part is just uncoated cotton canvas material - for some reason I was expecting it to have that waxy type protective coating that the Earl Grey/Minty Grey Sweat and Go Bag has for the canvas material part (just got that bag a month ago and love it too!), it isn't a deal breaker for me, but just thought I'd point that out for others interested. Overall it seems like it will be a really nice bag, it has lots of room inside, and the shoe compartment at the bottom of the bag is a good idea, but wasn't expecting it to be visible from the main compartment of the bag, if that makes sense, once you open up the main compartment of the bag from the top, the shoe compartment is really just a bag that is visible on the inside bottom of the bag, but is accessed from the outside of the bag and can be pulled out to shake out any bits of debris and cleaned out from the outside, hope that makes sense, there aren't any pictures showing it so thought I'd try to explain it for those curious about it, it's a pretty good idea and I think I'll like this feature, it just looks strange in the bottom of the main compartment.
I love the colours used, the Gold colour hardware looks very pretty with the White and Dune colours, and the Diamond Palm pattern is quite pretty and nice for summer.
The cotton canvas material is nice and soft, and the leather like parts of the bag are very soft and supple, and seems like good quality hardware as well. Shoulder straps are soft supple and comfortable on shoulder. I'll probably do as others have suggested and cross the outside strap underneath the inside (closest to the body) strap when carrying on my shoulder to keep it from slipping off my shoulder, but so far doesn't seem to be a problem with that.
I recommend this bag for those looking for a pretty summer bag for gym, weekend getaways, work, I think it will make a good multi purpose bag.

I really wanted love this bag. It is beautifully made, and I could fit my mac 13" pro book, but not my Dell 14 inch in this bag. No worries about that, that's not the issue. I do like the compartments, the extra bag that comes with it to put my dirty work out clothes, and the bottom zipper where I could put extra last minutes things. The side pocket for the mobile phone is great to grab, so I'm not fishing for it. My problem are these darn straps. Like other reviewers, it kept on falling off. I travel a lot, so I found myself, stopping and fixing the bag so it won't keep falling off my shoulders. I don't know if it's the material of the handles why they keep on popping off, but it was very annoying. Now if you travel to and from work out, or a quick trip to put your stuff, the bag serves its function. Would I buy another bag like this make, probably not. The details (stitching, zipper, etc.) made very well. I almost found myself holding this bag like a big clutch!

This is the first Lulu purchase I have been compelled to write about, and I'm happy to say that it is a positive review.
I had been waiting for Lulu to come out with a fun and different bag since I decided I would finally bite the bullet and splurge on myself.
When I saw this fun and funky bag (silver and gold), I immediately bought it, hoping it wasn't a cringeworthy purchase.
The bag did not disappoint! I don't even think the picture does it justice. The material, while not leather, is soft and supple and very movable. The interior of the bag is lined in a pretty periwinkle color and extremely spacious. There are lots of compartments and and space for all of my belongings, before and after the gym. My favorite part is the handles. They are very wide and comfortable on the shoulder, unlike the blue version my friend has where she constantly complains about the handles.
My ONLY complaint about the bag, and the reason I can't do all five stars, is the piping. It seems very fragile. I have only carried it three times since buying it, and today after leaving the gym, I noticed that the piping on the bottom corners is already nicked and peeling in two places. I think the material is so soft that I am going to need to be very careful when putting it in and out of a locker.
I suppose since it doesn't crackle and and have bad handles as stated by some of the other reviews with the various colors, I shouldn't complain too much. I may invest in a silver sharpie for the wear and tear of the bottom.
I am still happy with my purchase, and my friend who has the blue one said she was jealous of mine ;)

For starters, those who have complained and even attached pictures of the almost immediate crackle and wear, you almost convinced me to skip the bag. Upon visiting one of my local lulus though, I picked up the bag and longingly looked at it, voicing my worry over the cracking and bending to a sales associate and how it was too bad because I really liked it. He pointed that this bag (the silver with gold handles) was different material than other versions that are a harder, less flexible material. He brought a black one over for me to compare and I immediately understood what he meant. The crackling and wear is more prone to happen with the pleather looking material lulu has used with bags they made in other colors, but the silver and gold is almost entirely different, so I knew it wouldn't do the same. So, I bought it.
I'm super, super picky about the form and function of my bags (to the point where a lot of high-end designers aren't even worth the expenditure for me because, yes, the bags are cute and trendy, but they're useless in terms of function, and useful bags are often ugly...what a predicament!) and want to address the "issues" with the overly thick straps girls can't seem to keep on their shoulder. I have broad shoulders, so maybe that's why the bag stays on mine. Second, I put a LOT in this bag (a 9x10 spiral planner, iPad in a padded sleeve, a 1.5L water bottle, 14oz water bottle for my daughter, wipes, snacks, large wallet, paperback book, sunglass and cosmetic cases, sunscreen, and any other random things I'll need for a day out) and the straps help absorb the weight somehow. In other words, my shoulder doesn't ache after carrying it a while- it's actually really comfortable BECAUSE the straps are thick and sort of cushioned, even. When I don't need my jacket or vinyasa scarf, the length of the straps let me drape them over the bag without having the bag squished under my armpit from the fluffery of the jackets. The added pockets on the outside help keep my phone and keys in reach, and I haven't even really needed the bottom zip pocket intended for shoes (but come summer, that baby will be full, too!)
I was concerned about the zipper being a little annoying to get to my things, but it easily maneuvers for me to access things quickly. The bag inside for stinky clothes is ideal for my daughter's water bottle that sometimes leaks. The mesh pockets inside give me easy access to sunscreen, gum and my nuun hydration tablets I carry, without them getting lost in the abyss of the bottom. The strap for a yoga mat will probably instead be used for a towel in the summer, as I prefer reformer Pilates and barre over yoga and don't own a mat.
Seriously, my favorite bag to date. I have an Athleta bag I thought I would love, but rarely use it, mainly because of the strap issue. It's just hard to get those right, I guess. Leave it to lulu to, again, think everything through when in the design process. This is probably the best baby bag that isn't a baby bag that moms don't know about. I don't think, though, that I could say the same had I gotten a bag that was the tougher material.

not as durable as advertised
Let me start off by saying that I LOVE Lululemon. I love this bag. I was so excited to have a bag that fit my laptop and workout cloths. The bag is super cute (I have the Army green) and it fit everything great! The description says it was tested to hold 50lbs. This is NOT true. I only carried my macbook pro, agenda and workout cloths (usually a pair of leggings and a top) and the seams at the handles are already torn apart! I've only had this bag for 2 months since I bought it for my birthday so you can understand my disappointment.
