Studio Pant II *No Liner (Tall)
love, but, ugh, the waistband
This was my first pair of lulu pants, I've previously bought a couple of no limits tanks, 4 bras and 3 hoodies. Since everything I had previously bought was something I loved more and more each day, I finally caved on lulu pants.
The reason I chose these is because I recently had a c section and was having trouble finding something that didn't irritate my incision site. These appeared to have a soft, flexible waistband and they were very PERFECT ...for about a week. And then I noticed my belly was aching while wearing them, I was obviously surprised. These were my perfect pants, the pants that allowed me to leave the house post baby looking somewhat put together yet not in pain... The waistband had gone awry. The top of the band rolls inward now, constantly rubbing at my skin. I realize the uncomfortableness of this issue is probably isolated to my personal situation, but even if it wasn't uncomfortable, a $108 pair of pants should not have a defect within a week. I always wash in cold, on delicate and lie flat to dry, this was not my doing.
I love the way these pants look, they are cute and casual without being sloppy. They fit true to size. I am 5'10 and 130lbs and have size 6. I could have gone with a 4 but I like them a little roomy. I would love to buy another pair because I really do wear them all the time, but I can't fathom spending that much money on another pair that will obviously (based on other reviews) do the exact same thing. I love the length, I love the versatility of the black, I love that I can cinch the bottoms and roll them under so I don't walk on them but don't need to hem up the length. There are so many pluses... if only the waistband didn't suck.

Not worth the money!
My rating is only based on quality compared to price and I can def. say you won't get the value for the price you pay!
I've been having those pants now for years and when I first started to buy them, they were 98 Dollars. At this time I already thought, wow, that's a lot of money but Lululemon stands for quality, right. Well, that's long gone! The quality of the pants (they must have changed the material) went down and the price went up! Now you gotta pay 108 Dollars!!!!
I can't wear them longer than a year anymore (when wearing them twice a week) before they'll be worn out. And no, I don't treat them badly - I wash them exactly the way they told me to.
I am very disappointed in this company. They charge an ridiculously amount of money for their cloth and throughout the years, the quality of the material went down. Also they don't show a great deal of customer service: They don't have boxing day but tell you on the other hand how much they appreciate you as a customer. Well than show it!!
But I guess you gotta make up your own mind!

I have 3 pairs of these studio pants (one original with liner, one crop no liner and one pant no liner). I love using them to lounge around and the crops are perfect for dance class.
I am 6 foot 2 and love the length on these! I can't stand people who complain that pants are "too long". Long pants can be hemmed. There's no way to make pants that are too short longer.
My only improvements would be on the waistband (with use it tends to stretch out then start to curl) and on the unlined pants, finding a way to make the seams a bit softer. You get used to the slight irritation on the inside from the seams, but I don't think you should have to.

where have you been all my life?
These pants are nothing short of amazing. Comfortable fit without being restrictive but still allow for great styling options. Multi-function and have received lots of compliments. I always feel like "Sporty Spice" when I wear these. And who doesn't want to feel like a spice girl every once in a while ;-)

I absolutely love these pants, I am 6 foot 1 and they are long enough for me. They are very flattering and comfortable. I teach high school aerobics classes and these are the best pair of pants I have ever purchased. I can move easily in them and a huge plus is that they are cute enough to wear outside of the gym and the classroom. I would highly recommend these pants, they are worth the price.

I'd say 4.6
These pants are super cute and very flattering. The waistband needs a little work but it didn't keep me from getting another pair with the liner.

Cozy, Cute & Comfortable
I've read several reviews on this website, but NONE (that I've read) are ever from any plus sized gals, which is a shame not to have that perspective on here. So hopefully this helps for you women out there like me.
I've seen these pants online for a good while and liked how they looked on the model, but never thought they'd look right on me. I felt since I'm pretty curvy with plenty of thighs, hips, and an asana that the ruffling would make my lower half look bigger. Not at all! I tried these on in store and it's tight in all the right places and loose where it ought to be to give a flattering cut and shape for the legs. The waist band is great around my tummie - I just love flat seams. I can bend over and I'm pretty covered, but I wouldn't recommend doing pilates or yoga in these. For me it's just a little too loose and doesn't move with me quite the way the wunderunders would. The drawstring at the hemline isn't easy to put back and maneuver.

so much potential
I love everything about these pants except for the waistband! I have the same waistband curling problem that many other reviewers have, with both the pants AND the crops. Between the two I have gone through four pairs. Beware buyers - I too always think "the next one will be fine" and am always wrong. I experience folding of the waistband in the lower part (below the drawstring) and curling in the upper part (above the drawstring). I am tired of explaining this problem to the sales girls at the store, who always claim to have never seen/heard about this problem. I have settled on taking back gift cards because I am at a loss and have no idea how to make these waistbands work! I will absolutely not be buying another pair of these until Lululemon fixes this problem (and please make us aware when you do!)

new lengths are big time disappointing
sooooo disappointed!! the Length of these pants used to always be perfect for me. I never had to hem them and they were never too long. I went to a store today to purchase a new pair and they advised me of this new "regular and tall length" versions. Now the "regular length is wayyy to short and the "long" length is too long so with hemming I would lose the drawstring.
big bummer. i came online to see if you had the old version in a blue still but you don't.
Im sure a lot of shorter people are happy about this but Im not. I'm 5'10, usually take a lulu 6 but in these a size 4.
Please dont stop making the 34 inseam! !

Forever in these Pants!
I love these pants. I am 5' 8" and found the "old" length to be a bit long- honestly I think these are about the same as the length of the studio pant before they went to lengths. I would love them to be about an inch or two shorter, but better long than short in my opinion! Comfortable, flattering on, and versatile. Very happy, will be even happier if I get to see this length in plum! ;)
