Studio Pant II *No Liner (Regular)
Not my number ones
These pants are very flattering on so I was drawn to them when I saw all my colleagues were wearing them!
However, they are way too tight through the front of the thighs and butt in comparison to the fit in the waist and knees/ calves. Super baggy and long (the drawstrings at the ankles barely help) and not stretchy enough to be able to teach dance in! I prefer these for running errands (which is why they were made I suppose) but no good for work unfortunately!

No longer my fave pants
Please folks, unless they specifically compare the current studios with old ones, ignore the reviews that say "I've been wearing mine for years and they're great" and "they last forever." Lulu is using new material (check the label on your pants from 2012 and before), the cut is different and the quality isn't the same. As someone wrote Oct 1, the fabric mix has more nylon (or the equivalent), it's thinner (explains why the pastels were so sheer), and I'm
also experiencing static cling for the first time ever. As for "these are soooo long," I doubt those comments are meant for the. "Regular" length studios, as they are barely 31 ins. I agree with the Oct 1 and Nov 5 reviews that the new "regular" isn't as flattering as the old pant. Only 5'4, but it's short if you like to drape--- the cinch rolls up over my ankle (and thanks for the cord lock idea). This new material is not as strong--- I'm wearing 6 year old studios that look great, but returned the pair I got last month because the seat was showing signs of wear, waistband rolling and the static issue. Worst of all, the fab studio pant butt is gone! I used to live in these, buying 2 or so a season, but will now be babying the old ones I own.

I received my 3rd pair of these in the mail a few weeks ago. I have a pair from 2yrs ago and 3yrs ago. My first two pairs are amazing, my go to pants for everything. I wear an 8 but sized up for a roomy fit for those lazy winter days and layering. Sadly after 5 weeks in rotation, the waistband is permanently creased and rolled down. I Zumba and go to the gym in my 8s, so these have only been worn casually around the house. I am a loyal Lulu buyer, and I have no problem paying high prices for good quality...but this is sooo disappointing. I am constantly yanking up the 10 because the waistband rolls down. My older pairs are still perfect. Why would you lower the quality and standards for a 108$ pair of your most popular loose fitting pant? I encourage you to go back to the higher quality waistband or run the risk of losing loyal customers who love your product but won't put up with unwearable clothes in the closet.
Signed, someone who spends hundreds of $ per month...for now

not the original cut, just a regular pants now
Lulu, why did you changed the cut?! My original Studio pants II with long inseam still fit tight around the butt and the hips -- highlighting this area in a very flattering way and still giving me real medium rise on the stomach. These new "regular inseam" pants have to be pulled really low to get the similar look on the hips, and then the stomach is exposed... Looks like instead of changing the inseam you've lowered the rise, not flattering at all. And don't get me started on the lined ones, those are way too low in the rise and way too loose in the hips now -- and I'm size 2! Please, please bring back the original Studio pants!!! I'm 5'7 and frankly those weren't that long, just had a character and feel of the good old Lulu.

They were awesome until I got a hole in the butt
The title pretty much describes it. I love my studio pants. They are not only great after yoga but I also wear them to work because I do a lot of work in the field. The pockets are really big and great for stuffing your wallet and your keys. I actually use the key pocket to hold my pens when I'm scouting out locations. They are SUPER cute and even though they are baggy in the legs, they make your butt look awesome.
However, the material is thin and delicate and I thought that if I was to get a hole in them, it would probably be in the in the pocket area. Nope. I was wrong. On Sunday, I noticed that there was a hole forming in the rear of the pants. While I thought to myself that I could sew it, I never had to sew a pair of pants that I barely had for two months before and I don't do anything extreme in them. However, I did talk with the GEC and will be going to Lulu Union Square to see what the resolution will be.
With all of that said, even though there is a hole, I have to say that I am absolutely impressed with Lulu's customer service. I didn't keep my receipt but GEC said that I wouldn't need it. You all are the best and that's why I will be a lifelong customer. Even when you make a mistake, you are so quick to resolve your quality issues.

One of my best Lulu purchases!
I got these pants after realizing I needed something really light weight to throw on for traveling to and from school and practice that still looked cute. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! I love the drawstrings and the high waistband is also very flattering! Since I'm a kin student, so these were also awesome to wear in my practica classes since they never restricted my movement! I will be buying the lined pair for the colder months! Good job Lulu - don't let this one leave the store!

Love! but bad quality
I love love love these pants, they are so comfortable but after only 2 months of wearing them the elastic at the waistband has rolled and I ,can not straighten it. Very disappointed in the quality. Paying $100 for a pair of pants should been that they last a lot longer!

Seriously loving these pants. The length is perfect for my 5'6" height (I went with size 2, 110 lb frame) and the fit is amazing- so comfy- roomy and move with me, no restriction- while still looking amazingly cute. So comfortable I can wear them to lounge in, but cute enough that I do not have to change to run out, or feel embarrassed when the neighbor knocks on my door on a lazy Saturday afternoon. I haven't had the problem with the rolling band yet, fingers crossed. They feel soft and smooth, I can't say enough good things about them. I could live in them.

Best lulu pants
I own 8 pairs of these pants! They are my favorite lulu pants. They're so comfortable. I'm almost 9 months pregnant and I still wear the same size. Thanks to these pants I haven't had to purchase any ugly maternity pants. I'm a nurse and I wear these everyday to work as scrub pants and get tons of compliments. Yes, the pants run super long, but lulu hems them for free and they keep the drawstring if u request it. For reference, I'm 5''0 feet and pre pregnancy weigh 115lbs. At 9 months pregnant I weigh 138lbs and the size 4's still fit perfectly. Don't ever stop making these pants lulu.
