Most Comfy Pants Ever!
I really don't understand why everyone is complaining about these pants. They are fabulous and the waistband isn't a bother at all. I normally wear a size 4, but sized up since the waist and ankles were a little tight, so now the 6 fits great. I am 5'6 115 pounds.

Same pant as before
I have a pair of Lulu sweats from approx 3 yrs ago (with the same purpose) but in a cotton/ sweatpant material, NO pockets and NOT french terry. The problem with these sweats is that the waist band moves around because of the material. It is better when it is just a band - not an actual elastic moving in the waist band. The pockets are not in the right place - right on the hips....and the french terry is soft and cozy but not the best material for sweats. PLEASE bring back the same skinny style, same great colors but not this waist band, no side pockets and not french terry.

Totally in love... minus the waistband
These are simply the softest and most comfortable pants. Great for a cozy weekend morning on the couch, or for running a quick errand after the gym. They feel great on bare skin, and have just the right amount of stretch.
These would be absolutely perfect if not for the folding, twisting waistband.

What is going on with the waistband?
What is going on with the waistband? I am reviewing based on all other factors and hoping it's only my pair that does this? So, if I pull the pants down the waistband flips? Once I pull them back up I am able to straighten it out. They have not been washed yet so is washing them going to heighten the issue? My Serenity shorts from last year seem like the band is sewed to the fabric which is not the case with these pants. Why make a change? I will be super disappointed if the band is an issue because the fabric and feel of these pants is surreal. I was so sore after a long run that after I showered I put these on and it was soon nice!!!! I stayed tts and found the pants roomy and flattering, especially for a sweat pant!!

Waist band is a nightmare
I love these pants so much, super comfy, but the waist band is a nightmare. I received them for a gift back in the summer and I just started wearing them as the weather has turned cold and within 10 min of wearing them the string in the waist band started folding over. I have to wear a big baggy shirt over top of these pants otherwise it looks like i have a bulge.
I know these pants are 2 months old, but is there anything you can do?

Such Good Comfy Pants
I bought these on markdown in my local store, and I couldn't believe how much I love them. They're so so comfy and cozy and ZOMG. Anyways, so far they've held up- but I've been wearing them a lot so I have already noticed some pilling in the crotch. A small price to pay, IMO- they remain awesome possum.

So comfy during pregnancy
I'm almost 6 months pregnant and these pants fit great. They are able to sit right under the belly, and they're SO COMFY. I love the material. I noticed alot of people complaining about the pockets - but I didn't even notice any issue with them until I read the other reviews (although they still don't really bother me). I actually like that the pocket is deep so I can put my cell phone in it. I got my normal size 4 and it fits perfectly.

Love 'em Hate 'em
I was so excited to find these pants in this fabulous material! I bought a pair of shorts years ago in a similar fabric and they are still my fav shorts today.
I bought size 4, my regular size & the fit is great. I ordered these online so didn't try them on. Going up a size would work if you want things a bit more roomy.
Pockets - just weird. They are loose inside the pant, not attached like a regular pocket. So they move around, bunch up... and you can see the outline through the pant. Unless you smooth them out just right, they stick out at the sides.
The waist has a wide elastic inside. Unless I remain standing upright, the waistband twists/bends and sticks out as soon as I move. Very odd looking. Annoying to have to keep fixing it.
Today I put them on after work and been sitting at my pc. Took the sale tag off, but not the inside tag. I so want to love these pants. I can deal with the pockets... could possibly just remove them. But I don't know if I can deal with the waist.

Wanted to love so bad..
I LOVE modal and Vitasea. These are fabrics that I constantly keep my eyes open for and will buy almost anything made out of and at least give it a shot. Well, as usual the fabric on these is AMAZING, but they need to be a heavier weight maybe for the cut or something, not quite sure what. Also, I agree that the pockets show too much (hence the need for heavier fabric or else maybe just shorter/smaller/differently made pockets...not sure the solution exactly, I'm not a designer but the pockets don't work right). I saw some comments about them having a saggy butt, well for me that is a NOT a problem; I've got TONS of booty and they looked great there. My problem other than the butt was that they hit me in a weird place length wise as of course I am way shorter than the model and the elastic on the ankle was too tight and uncomfortable on my ankle/calf. Also the waistband kind of wanted to twist up too, and that was just trying them on in my house; didn't even actually wear them. So, that combined with the pockets was just too much to deal with for $88 sweatpants. But I am not going to lie, they are so soft and comfy it was hard to take them back. I am hoping they make something like last year's Rejuvenate Sweat Pant in the Modal fabric. That cut with that fabric would be an awesome combo. Those sweats were casual yet flattering for wearing around town (even for me and I never wear slimmer leg pants like that) and just super great with cute zipper pocket details and no tight elastic to crush you anywhere!!
